VanAppが提供する「MIRU 3D」（以下「本アプリ」）は、3Dファイルを閲覧するiPhone・iPad向けアプリです。本ポリシーでは、本アプリに保存される情報と、広告サービスが取り扱う情報を説明します。
モデルとプロジェクト
読み込んだ3Dファイル、プロジェクト情報、サムネイル、保存枠や表示の設定は端末内に保存します。アカウント登録は不要で、これらのデータをVanAppのサーバーへ自動送信する機能はありません。iCloudやほかのファイルサービスに保存されたファイルを選んだ場合、そのサービスから端末へファイルが取得されることがあります。
広告
プロジェクト画面のバナー広告と、保存枠を追加する際に利用者が選んで視聴する動画広告にGoogle AdMobを使用します。Google Mobile Ads SDKは、広告の配信・効果測定、性能の改善、不正防止などのため、概算位置情報の推定に使うIPアドレス、端末識別子、広告の表示・操作情報、アプリの利用状況、クラッシュ・性能などの診断情報を取得する場合があります。実際の取得内容は地域、端末の設定、同意の選択、Googleのサービス設定によって異なります。本アプリはFirebase Analyticsなどの独立した利用解析ツールを組み込んでいません。
広告に関する同意が必要な地域では、アプリ内で選択画面を表示します。地域や同意状態に応じて利用できる場合は、プロジェクト画面の「広告とプライバシー」から選択を見直せます。保存枠を追加する動画広告は任意です。保存済みプロジェクトを削除して枠を再利用するか、保存せずにファイルを開くこともできます。3Dビューアー画面には広告を表示しません。広告を利用できる場合、AppleのApp Tracking Transparencyによる追跡許可を求めることがあります。許可しなくても3Dモデルの閲覧は利用できます。

情報の利用目的と第三者への提供
端末内のデータは、モデルの表示、プロジェクトの管理、設定の保存に使用します。VanAppは、端末内に保存したモデルやプロジェクトを広告のためにGoogleへ送信しません。広告SDKが取得する情報は、Googleのサービスを通じて広告の配信・測定・不正防止などに利用される場合があります。
VanAppのContactフォームまたはメールでお問い合わせいただいた場合、入力された連絡先と内容を返信のために利用します。本アプリ内にお問い合わせフォームはありません。お問い合わせでいただいた情報は、法令に基づく場合などを除き、返信と無関係な目的で第三者に販売しません。
保存データの管理
保存したプロジェクトはアプリ内で削除できます。本アプリを削除すると、端末内のアプリデータも通常は削除されます。iCloudなどのファイルサービスに残した元ファイルは、そのサービスに引き続き保存されます。広告SDKが扱う情報の保存と管理はGoogleのポリシーと利用者の選択に従います。Contactフォームやメールで送信された情報は、お問い合わせへの対応に必要な期間取り扱います。
ポリシーの変更
アプリの機能やデータの取扱いが変わった場合などには、本ポリシーを更新します。変更後の内容と更新日はこのページに掲載します。

1. Introduction
MIRU 3D (the “App”) is an iPhone and iPad app provided by VanApp for viewing 3D files. This policy explains the data stored by the App and the data handled by its advertising service.
2. Models and projects
Imported 3D files, project information, thumbnails, saved-slot settings, and display settings are stored on your device. No account is required. The App does not automatically upload this data to a VanApp server. If you choose a file stored in iCloud or another file provider, that provider may download it to your device.
3. Advertising
The App uses Google AdMob for banner ads on the project screen and optional rewarded ads that add one saved-project slot. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect an IP address used to estimate approximate location, device identifiers, ad impressions and interactions, app activity, and diagnostic information such as crash and performance data. What is collected depends on your region, device settings, consent choices, and Google service settings. The App does not include a separate usage analytics tool such as Firebase Analytics.
Where required, the App displays an advertising consent message. When available for your region or consent status, you can review your choices using “Ads & Privacy” on the project screen. Watching a rewarded ad is optional: you can delete a saved project to reuse a slot or open a file without saving it. Ads are not shown over the 3D viewer. When ads are available, the App may request tracking permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt. You can view 3D models without granting this permission. 4. Use and sharing
Locally stored data is used to open models, display projects, and remember settings. VanApp does not send locally stored models or projects to Google for advertising. Information collected by the advertising SDK may be processed through Google’s services for ad delivery, measurement, performance improvement, and fraud prevention.
If you contact us through the VanApp Contact form or by email, we use the details and message you provide to respond. The App has no in-app contact form. We do not sell information submitted through the Contact form or email for purposes unrelated to responding to your inquiry, except where required by law.
5. Storage and deletion
You can delete saved projects in the App. Uninstalling the App normally removes its locally stored data. Files you retain in iCloud or another file provider remain with that provider. Information processed by the advertising SDK is retained and managed under Google’s policies and your choices. Information you submit through the Contact form or email is handled for the period needed to respond to your inquiry.

We may update this policy when the App or its data practices change. The revised text and update date will be posted on this page.
