1. Introduction
TC Latency Tester (the “App”) is an iPhone and iPad app provided by VanApp for checking video equipment latency. This policy explains the information stored by the App and the information handled by its advertising service.
2. Information collected
- Settings and presets: Frame rate, start timecode, test title, display and audio settings, preset names, and other choices you make are stored on your device. No account is required, and the App does not automatically send these settings to a VanApp server.
- Advertising information: To display Google AdMob ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect IP address, device identifiers, ad impressions and interactions, app activity, and diagnostic information such as crash and performance data. What is collected depends on device settings, region, consent choices, and Google service settings.
- Contact information: If you contact us through the VanApp Contact form, we use the contact details and message you provide to respond. The App has no in-app contact form.
The App does not include a separate usage analytics tool such as Firebase Analytics.
3. How information is used
- To save settings and presets on your device and provide the App’s functions.
- To deliver and measure Google AdMob ads and prevent fraud.
- To respond to inquiries.
4. Sharing with third parties
VanApp does not send locally stored timecode settings or presets to Google for advertising. Information collected by the advertising SDK may be used through Google’s services for ad delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention. We do not sell information submitted through the Contact form to third parties for purposes unrelated to responding to your inquiry, except where required by law.
5. Google AdMob and advertising choices
The App displays Google AdMob banner ads on its standard screens. Ads are not shown during full-screen measurement. Where required, the App displays an advertising consent message. Where available, its Ad Privacy Choices control lets you review your choices; this control appears only when required for your region or consent status. The App does not request its own App Tracking Transparency authorization prompt.

6. Storage and deletion
Settings and presets are stored on your device. You can delete presets individually in the App. Uninstalling the App normally removes its locally stored data. Information processed by the advertising SDK is retained and managed under Google’s policies and your choices. Information submitted through the Contact form is handled on the VanApp website for the period needed to respond to your inquiry.

We may update this policy when the App or its advertising practices change. The revised text and update date will be posted on this page.

2. 収集する情報
- アプリ内の設定とプリセット：フレームレート、開始タイムコード、テストタイトル、表示・音声設定、プリセット名など、利用者が設定した情報は端末内に保存します。アカウント登録は不要で、これらの設定をVanAppのサーバーへ自動送信する機能はありません。
- 広告に関する情報：Google AdMobの広告を表示するため、Google Mobile Ads SDKがIPアドレス、端末識別子、広告の表示・操作情報、アプリの利用状況、クラッシュ・性能などの診断情報を取得する場合があります。実際の取得内容は端末の設定、地域、同意の選択、Googleのサービス設定によって異なります。
- お問い合わせ情報：VanAppのContactフォームからお問い合わせいただいた場合、そのフォームに入力された連絡先と内容をお問い合わせへの対応に利用します。本アプリ内にお問い合わせフォームはありません。
本アプリは、Firebase Analyticsなどの独立した利用解析ツールを組み込んでいません。
3. 情報の利用目的
- 端末内の設定・プリセットを保存し、本アプリの機能を提供するため。
- Google AdMobによる広告の配信、効果測定、不正防止のため。
- お問い合わせに対応するため。
4. 情報の第三者への提供
VanAppは、端末内のタイムコード設定やプリセットを広告のためにGoogleへ送信しません。広告SDKが取得する情報は、Googleのサービスを通じて、広告の配信・測定・不正防止などに利用される場合があります。お問い合わせ情報については、法令に基づく場合などを除き、お問い合わせへの対応以外の目的で第三者へ販売しません。
5. Google AdMobと広告の選択
本アプリの通常画面にはGoogle AdMobのバナー広告を表示します。全画面計測中は広告を表示しません。必要な地域では広告に関する同意画面を表示し、再設定が必要な場合はアプリ内の「広告のプライバシー設定」から選択を見直せます（この項目は必要な地域・状態で表示されます）。本アプリは独自にApp Tracking Transparencyの許可ダイアログを要求しません。

6. データの保存と削除
アプリ内の設定とプリセットは端末内に保存します。プリセットはアプリ内で個別に削除できます。アプリをアンインストールすると、端末内のアプリデータも通常は削除されます。広告SDKが扱う情報の保存期間と管理方法はGoogleのポリシーと利用者の選択に従います。Contactフォームで送信された情報は、お問い合わせへの対応に必要な期間、VanAppのWebサイト側で取り扱います。
7. プライバシーポリシーの変更
アプリの機能や広告の仕組みが変わった場合などには、本ポリシーを更新します。変更後の内容と更新日はこのページに掲載します。
